Policy
Terms and Conditions
The rules that apply to every quote, order and sale through this website and at our counters.
Last reviewed September 2026
These terms
These terms and conditions govern all quotations, orders and sales made through this website and at Arlington International Consultancy Ltd. counters and cubicles. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them. Where a signed trade agreement exists with a business customer, that agreement prevails to the extent of any conflict.
Quotations and pricing
Prices shown on the website are in Nigerian Naira and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT at the prevailing rate is shown separately on your invoice where it applies.
Quotations are valid for 7 days from issue unless a different period is stated, and are subject to availability. Parts prices move with import costs and exchange rates; a quotation honoured within its validity period will not be increased, but we may decline to re-quote at the old price after expiry.
Orders and fitment
An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when payment is made. Where a part number is supplied by the customer, we supply that part number; fitment responsibility for a customer-supplied part number sits with the customer.
We are happy to identify a part from your chassis or VIN number. That identification is given in good faith using the information you provide. If the chassis number is incorrect, or the vehicle has been modified or assembled from mixed parts, the fitment guidance may not apply.
Payment
Orders are payable in full before dispatch or pickup unless a trade account with agreed credit terms has been approved in writing. Payment may be made by card, bank transfer or USSD through our payment provider, or by direct bank transfer to the account shown at checkout.
Where you pay by direct transfer, your order is treated as pending until the payment is confirmed against the invoice. Goods remain the property of Arlington International Consultancy Ltd. until payment has cleared in full.
Delivery, pickup and risk
You may collect from the location you selected, or choose dispatch. Dispatch timelines are estimates and run from confirmation of payment, not from order placement. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to your address or on collection from our counter in either case.
Please inspect the part at collection or delivery. Damage or shortage must be reported at that point, or within 24 hours for deliveries, with photographs.
Returns, warranty and incorrectly ordered parts
Returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: electrical and electronic parts are not returnable once the packaging is opened, special-order and body panels are not returnable unless faulty, and correctly supplied parts may be exchanged within 7 days in original condition.
Genuine Toyota parts carry the manufacturer's warranty applicable to that part. Warranty covers manufacturing defect only, and does not cover failure caused by incorrect fitment, contaminated fuel or oil, overheating from a separate fault, accident damage or normal wear.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the part supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income from a vehicle being off the road, labour charges from third-party workshops, or towing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by Nigerian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Website use and content
Part numbers, diagrams and descriptions are provided to help you identify parts. Trademarks, including Toyota and Toyota model names, belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively to identify vehicles and parts. We are not affiliated with Toyota Motor Corporation; our dealer and parts supply relationship is described on our Dealership Licence page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to bring a claim in another competent Nigerian court.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published on the website on the date you placed that order.
