Warranty periods
What is covered
A warranty claim is a claim that the part itself is defective: material, machining or assembly fault present from manufacture and not caused by anything on the vehicle.
What is not covered
How to claim
Contact the location on your invoice, or WhatsApp 08172081986, with your invoice number, the part, the part number, the vehicle registration and chassis number, the date and mileage at fitment, and a description of the failure. Bring the part and its packaging where possible.
We assess the part. Where assessment needs a workshop opinion, we will tell you and agree where it goes. If the defect is confirmed, we replace the part. If it is a fitment or unrelated vehicle issue, we will explain what we found and quote for the replacement.
Replacement parts under warranty
A part replaced under warranty is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, or 90 days, whichever is longer.
Installation requirements
Electrical items must be installed with a charged, correct-specification battery and the charging system tested. Engine and gearbox components must be installed with new seals and gaskets and the specified oil or fluid. Cooling components must be installed with the correct coolant concentration and the system pressure-tested. Failure to meet these requirements is the most common reason a valid-looking claim is declined.
